OK check this out. This is an obscure DC comics character named ...*drumroll* 'Stallion'.
He's basically an NFL hopeful that got denied his football superstar dreams because of a trick knee..... So he decided to dope up on steroids and contract out as a thug/hitman. No superpowers, no special fighting skill, just leather chaps, a cowboy hat, and bulging muscles.
Yeaaahhhh...
